I have used three digital papers from Lozzy from a set called It's Hot. The image is from The Paper Shelter and the sentiment is from Bird's Cards. Colouring is with copic markers. Matting is some bright pink cardstock that I have had for ages and not used.
This is the sketch that I followed (apart from changing the basic shape from square to rectangle):
