I have used three digital papers from Trimgym. The image is from All Dressed Up and the sentiment is from Desert Diva. Colouring is with copic markers.
Although this card looks like I might have followed a sketch, I didn't. I just worked with the shapes of the offcut pieces of digital paper that I had and fitted them together to create the background.
