Have A Purrrfect Birthday

I've had this image and sentiment sitting in my Awaiting Crafting boxes and thought that they would go well together - and then not done anything with them.  Yesterday, I pulled them both out and created a card with them.  I had to wait until this evening to post the card on my blog as I have been up at the hospital for an appointment for a significant part of the day.

I have used a digital paper from Lozzy.  The image is an older image from Digi Doodles Studio and the sentiment is from When The Scrap Hits The Fun.  Colouring is with copic markers.  I added some glitter domes to the card as well.
