 I have used a paper from a paper pad by Rosie's Studio.  The image is from All Dressed Up and the sentiment is by From The Heart Stamps.  Colouring is with copic markers.  I also added Glossy Accents to the wellies to give them the shiny look that the prettier ones have.  The flowers are foam embellishments.
