Big Hugs

We are at the start of the first challenge for 2023 at Incy Wincy Designs.  This one is shorter than usual due to the later start date - it will still close on the 25th  of the month.  For this first challenge, the theme is cute and/pastel colors and we are sponsored by TLC Designs.

 I have used a set from TLC Designs called Sketch EZ - #117 Challenge Bundle

Coloring is with copic markers.  I also added some tiny pearls around the scallop oval.  I followed the sketch that was part of the set.
