Cupcake Circles

 This is another of the cards that I completed while the weather wasn't great today.

I have used scraps from digital papers for the background.  All the circles (patterned paper and image) have been die-cut - the smaller circles are a Spellbinders die and the larger circle is a Memory Box die).  The image is from Sheepski Designs.  Coloring is with copic markers.  I also added some grosgrain ribbon.

I followed a tutorial for a Scraps card by Sam Calcott.
