Ron was investigating where we are staying for Christmas and found what he was calling "Christmas Flowers"
Not really Ron. They are red but nothing to do with Christmas! He also wants to wish all the other elves a Merry Christmas.
He is sharing his "Christmas Flowers" at

I'm going to share a picture of the "New Zealand Christmas Flower". This is from a pohutukawa tree which flowers around December - hence the nickname.
Where we lived in the 1990's, we had three different varieties of Pohutukawa on the property that had different shades of green foliage and also flowered at different times.
The trees above are photographed from the window of where we are staying for Christmas.
Well, Ron got the color right, anyway, and the flowers are beautiful. Merry Christmas to you, Ron and your family. Love the pic of the exotic New Zealand Christmas flower, too. WOW!
