Sandy Starfish Santa

Well the starfish is wearing a Santa hat - and it was the only S word I could think of to continue the alliteration!

Actually the theme of the challenge at Miss Rach is very appropriate for me as I celebration Christmas in the summer months here in New Zealand!

I have used a paper from a Christmas paper pad by Rosie's Studio.  I added some gold glitter mesh ribbon and some gold glitter ribbon across the card.  The image is from Miss Rach and is coloured with copic markers.  I'm actually pleased with the colour combination - but forgot to write down which ones I used.  I added some Stickles to the hat trims.  I also added three gold brads to the card.

Meowy Christmas

I'm finally starting to feel a bit better and be able to craft a bit again.  Tummy bugs in the hot weather of December are not nice!

I have used a snowflake paper from a Christmas paper pad by Rosie's Studio.  The image is from The East Wind and is coloured with copic markers C2, C0, R46, YG06, Y28, B000.  I used some silver glitter cardstock for matting and also to die-cut the snowflake using a Memory Box die.  I also added three silver pearls from Rosie's Studio.  The sentiment is from Mudmaven Designs.

Ron's Hungry

I have sprayed the canvas with two colours of Dylusions Sprays - a red and a lime green.  I added some gold Angelina Fibre in patches over the top.  The image is from Sassy Studio Designs and is coloured with copic markers before fussy cutting.  I added some foil embellishments, some glitter domes, a flower with a glitter dome centre and some strips of washi tape.

The background paper is by Trimgym.  I love using this paper and would have liked to have created another card or two with it for the CRAFT Challenge but I've been struggling with a tummy bug all week.  Although I'm now picking up again my energy levels aren't!

The image is from The Paper Shelter and is coloured with copic markers.  I used a Marianne's Die to cut the image.  I'm not sure who the sentiment is from but I know it is a digital one - if anyone recognises it can they leave a comment and I'll update the post. I also added some pearls from Rosie's Studio.

Dilly Owl

I love this image but I haven't used it for a long time.  With Dilly Beans sponsoring Sweet Sketch Wednesday this week, I had the perfect opportunity to create with it.

I have used some scrapbooking papers from my stash.  The image is from Dilly Beans and is coloured with copic markers.  I added some Glossy Accents to the centre of the eyes.  I used some blue pearlescent paper for matting and added four flower shaped buttons.

Ron's back!

I've been unwell for the past couple of days - starting to feel a bit better today.  While I have been unwell, it looks like Ron has been up to mischief.  This is how I caught him this morning when I got up - goodness knows what he was up to while I wasn't keeping an eye on him!
