Party Like A Princess

 This card just came together.  I had chosen the digital papers and image and then found a sentiment that worked.  I remembered I had some "Princess" themed embellishments that I hadn't used so dug those out and lo and behold the colours worked with what I had already done.  It must have meant to be!

I have used two digital papers from Lozzy.  The image is from Crafty Sentiments and the sentiment is from Create with TLC.  Colouring is with copic markers.  Edges of image, sentiment and inner are with Distress Ink.  I added the princess crown and princess wand embellishments.

Guest Designer at A Bit More Time To Craft

I am fortunate to have been selected as a Guest Designer for the challenge at A Bit More Time To Craft for the latter part of February.

As usual the theme for the challenge is Anything Goes.  I have used a paper from a set called The Paper Wall.

I also used a die from Memory Box to cut the flowers in front of the wall.  Unfortunately I hadn't written the source of the sentiment on the reverse and now can't find it in my files.

Get Well

We are coming into the winter season and so Get Well cards are started to be needed.  It is raining heavily today.  I'm hoping it is a bit of a weather glitch and not the end of summer!

I have used a digital paper from Vintage Digital.  The image and sentiment are from Eureka Stamps.  I added some white glitter ribbon, three cat themed puff stickers and three glitter stars.

Scrabble Love

 I like images with Scrabble tile letters as they bring back childhood memories and playing board games.  Even though I was never any good at them, it was a time when family was all together and the TV was turned off.

The background paper for this was originally hot pink but when I went to print it out, I forgot that I had the printer set to Grayscale (lesson in future is to change it back again straight away!).  I didn't want to waste this greyscale version and thought it make a good background for this image.

I printed out an image and then combined it with a digital paper and a sentiment from my Awaiting Crafting boxes that were just waiting for the right image to pair with!  I also found I had the perfect embellishment from a sheet that I had purchased a couple of years ago and not used.
