It was also going to be for the Whoopsi Daisy challenge but life got in the way and I didn't quite finish it in time!
I have used some background papers from my stash. I have punched the pink and brown one with my Martha Stewart Eyelet Lace Border punch.
The image is from Whoopsi Daisy. I have coloured her with my copic markers and die-cut using a Spellbinders Lattice Rectangle Die. The ribbon is aqua grosgrain ribbon from American Crafts.
