I have followed Sebastian's story for some time on Gingers House Blog. This boy is an inspiration to all of us! You can read the story of his surgery here:

I have created this card to send to him:
I am also entering this card in these challenges:

Winter Wonderland - Oh Christmas Tree
http://christmasblogchallenge.blogspot.co.nz/2012/12/oh-christmas-tree.html
The card uses some papers from DIY and Digital Stamps. The image is from Fresh Brewed Designs. I have coloured the image using copic markers and then highlighted the ornaments on the tree with some Glossy Accents. I have then die-cut the image using a Spellbinders Labels die. The sentiment is an acrylic stamp (brand unknown).
I have kept this card relatively simple with embellishments and used bright colours so that it will appeal to a young boy. No frilly stuff this time!
Lovely card
