Pretty Party Time Fairy

I'm getting more comfortable with making more girlie cards now:

This card is for the following challenge:

I have used a few items from my stash for this card - background paper, lace, rhinestones.  The button comes from a box of buttons that my Mum let me raid last year.  Since the buttons had been in that box for about 30 years and I could use them in crafting, she left me have them!
