Summer Fun

Not very summery here (start of winter so what do I expect!) but it is fun to create a summer card.

I have used a beach themed paper from a paper pad for the background.  The image is from Flat Friends.   I have matted this with another paper from that same paper pad which I punched with a Martha Stewart border punch.  The sentiment is from Peppercus Designs.
