Chillin' at the beach

I wish we had the weather to be chillin' at the beach - chilled at the beach would be more like it today!

I have used some blue cardstock for the layering.  The  two DP are different shades of blue - one with irregular dots and the other is evenly space dots.  The image is from Doodle Dragon Studios and has been coloured with copic markers and then die-cut using a Nellie's Multi Frame die.  The embellishments are three large rhinestones.
