Harbour Scene

I didn't think this one was going to get completed.  I have had the image coloured for a few days though.

I have used some offcuts of paper from Provo Craft.  The image is from Delicious Doodles and coloured with copic markers.  I think the sentiment is from Desert Diva but need to check.  I have also used blue mesh ribbon and a string of pearls and rhinestones.
