You are Special

I originally couldn't decide what sentiment to put with this image and then found this lovely one that just seemed to fit.

I have used a paper from DCWV - Safari for this card.  The other panels are also cut from DCWV - but this time the textured cardstock matstack.  The image is from Bugaboo Stamps and coloured with copic markers and highlighted with Stickles - Crystal.  The sentiment is from Desert Diva.  I also added three green heart shaped rhinestones.
