Forgot the Twist!

But fortunately it is optional!  I did use the colours though.

I have used a paper from Rosie's Studio for the background.  I also used some left over pieces from other cards for the circle, horizontal strip and the pennant.  This cute snowman image is from From The Heart Stamps and has been coloured with copic markers RV06, RV02, B05, V15 plus I added some Stickles - Star Dust.
