I love the blues in this set of papers from Trimgym. I matted with some deeper blue cardstock to define the layers. The image is from 2 Cute Ink Digital Stamps and is coloured with copic markers in greys and blues. I added some different shaped rhinestones, so ridged ribbon and a stamped sentiment.
