I have used a paper from a paper pad by Kaisercraft.  The image is from Stitchy Bear Stamps and I die-cut it using my favourite Marianne's Designs die.  I added some Liquid Pearls (Ballerina) to the die as well as to the card.  The image is coloured with copic markers E00, RV06, RV23, RV21, E35.  I also used some lace from Sullivans, some crocheted flowers (bought - not crocheted by me as I can't crochet!).  The sentiment is from Netty's Cards.
