The paper that I have used is a digital paper from Create with TLC. I am not sure of the source of the sentiment. The image is from Morgan's Art World and is coloured with copic markers and the wings glittered with Stickles - Star Dust. I fussy cut the image and added it to the background. I also added some flowers.
