Mermaid Fantasy

I haven't made an aquatic themed card for quite a while - considering I'm usually creating either Christmas cards or aquatic ones I must be slipping!

I have used an aquatic themed paper, border and sentiment from a paper pad by Kaisercraft.  The image is from Nikki Burnette and is coloured with copic markers.
