Flowers in Blue

I have had this image for a while but not managed to craft with it until now.

I have used a paper from a paper pad by Kaisercraft.  The image is from Bugaboo Stamps and coloured with copic markers.  I also added some blue ribbon and embellished the die-cut with some blue bling
