I went with a soft palette for this card - partially inspired by the paper.

I have used a paper from a wedding paper pad by Rosie's studio.  The image is from All Dressed Up and is coloured with copic markers.  I die-cut using a Spellbinders die and then inked the edge with Distress Ink -  Shabby Shutters.  I also used some white lace from Sullivans, some white satin ribbon to tie a bow and some white enamel dots from Rosie's Studio.
