I have used a paper from a paper stack by Dovecraft.  The image is from QKR Stampede and coloured with copic markers and the centres highlighted with Glossy Accents.  I embossed the image using an embossing folder that came with a magazine - and then fussy cut the edges so some of the backing paper shows.  I also added some pink pearls from Rosie's Studio and a little bow.
