I have used a couple of papers from a paper pad by Kaisercraft.  The image is from Fabrika Fantasy and coloured with copic markers.  Matting is kraft cardstock.  I also added a sentiment from a different paper pad by Kaisercraft and some green gems (although they haven't photographed as green!)
