I'm glad to see the back of February this year. It has not been a good one at all. My father unexpected passed away after suffering a severe stroke. He hadn't been unwell so it has been quite a shock to our family. I've also had a few issues with work this month that I could have done without. I'm hoping that March will sort those out!
I would like to enter my card into these challenges:
The Outlawz Progressive Freebie Challenge - February

Beccy's Place - February Challenge

I have used a paper from a paper pad by Kate Knight. The image and sentiment are from Beccy's Place. Colouring is with copic markers. I also added some green glitter mesh ribbon and some green pearls from Rosie's Studio.
I had intended to follow the sketch at Beccy's Place for this card - but it came down to getting it completed before the challenge closed and before I need to go to bed as I need to be up really early in the morning for work.
I'm so very sorry to read about your Dad Suze, what a terrible shock it must have been to lose him so suddenly. My thoughts are with you and your family.
ReplyDeleteYour card is really beautiful. The colouring and choice of colours are perfect and so uplifting.
Cheers,
Beccy
