I created the background with two different Distress Paints - Spiced Marmalade and Ground Espresso - to mimic the cat's stripes.   The image is from Bugaboo Stamps and the sentiment is from Desert Diva.  Colouring is with copic markers.  I used a Spellbinder die to cut the image.  I inked the edges of the image and sentiment with Distress Ink and then mounted on chocolate brown cardstock.  The edge of the sentiment has been Distressed with scissor (couldn't find where I had put my Distressing Tool).  I also used some orange satin ribbon under the sentiment.
