I have used a digital paper from Lozzy.  The image is from WeAre3 Digital Shop and the sentiment is from The Alley Way Stamps.  Colouring is with copic markers.  I matted the image in blue cardstock and the sentiment in green cardstock.  I also added some green pearls in two sizes.
