I have used a digital paper from my Awaiting Crafting box (not sure of the source).   The image is from The Paper Shelter and the sentiment is a clear stamp that came with a magazine.  Colouring is with copic markers and Kindy Glitz.  I also added some matching grosgrain ribbon.
