Happy Birthday!

I had this image sitting in my Awaiting Crafting box along with this paper.  I decided that since they worked well together, it was time to create a card with them.

I have used a paper from a paper pad (not sure which brand as it was removed from the pad some time ago).  The image is from Ching-Chou Kuik and the sentiment is from Desert Diva.  Colouring is with copic markers.  I also added some washi tape and pearls.
