Warm Holiday Wishes

Day 19 at Beccy's Place Month of Holiday Cards is the 17th letter of the alphabet - Q.  We must be approaching another non-alphabet prompt soon as it seems to have been a while since the last one.

I had a few difficulties with the pillars on this one.  I think I made about 4 or 5 pillars before I had two that worked okay (I still wasn't completely happy with them but they were the best of the bunch).  The worst thing about the difficult letters of the alphabet is that if the fold isn't an easy one it is a real test of patience!  Q went so close to standing for Quit on this one.

This is the front of the card:

  1. I'm so pleased you didn't go with "quit" Suze, this card looks awesome! Love the blue and brown together, always a wonderful combo. I like the snowflakes decorating the acetate too. I just had to pop over to the tutorial to see what the "pillars" are all about... very clever! Love how the middle collapses so the card can still fit into an envelope. Thanks for sharing the link!
    Cheers,
