We are at the start of the first challenge for 2023 at Scribbles Designs. For this one, we are celebrating the first main character at Scribbles Designs and that is Brrr so the Challenge Theme is "Penguin Pals". Since it is summer here (or at least it is meant to be), I have created a summery card for the start of the challenge:
