Day Five of The Month of Holiday Cards at Beccy's Place - and the first non-alphabet prompt. Today's prompt is Same But Different (complementary colours).
I actually had this card completed but not photographed about 2 hours ago but got distracted with a phone call and have only just managed to get back to it (after being distracted by other things as well in the meantime).
There are six complementary colour pairs - three main ones and three in-between ones. The obvious one to use for a poinsettia would be one of the main ones of red and green. But when do I go for the obvious choice? So, I chose the other two main pairings - purple/yellow and blue/orange.

I have used an image and sentiment from Beccy's Place. Colouring is with copic markers.
Well done Suze! It's always fabulous to see something a little different, and these complimentary colour schemes fit the bill perfectly. Love the matching borders you added too.
