Color Recipe Challenge

The challenge at Tuesday Alchemy is a colour recipe one:
http://tuesdayalchemy.blogspot.gr/2012/09/challenge-32-color-recipe-golden-brown.html

This challenge is extra special as one of the DT made some papers available as a freebie.  This is the same DT member whose blog I had been following mentioned Tuesday Alchemy challenge and got me participating!  So, here is my card using her papers:

I chose two of the papers from When the Scrap Hits the Fun.  I have layered them together throughout the card.  The image is one from The Sherlocks Home called Alyssa Leaves. The sentiment is also from The Sherlocks Home and is called Autumn Flowers.  I have kept this card without embellishment as I didn't want to detract from the layering.

My favourite two colours are orange and yellow - I managed to sneak a bit of orange into this one too!  I love the effect of this yellow and blue together.  Thank you Marion for these papers.
