You're a Hoot

This is my take on this challenge:

I have used a background paper from Create with TLC.  The image is the supplied one from Designed 2 Delight which I have coloured up using copic markers.  The sentiment is one from Paper Smooches.

The matting papers are from a scrap pack.  I have added some yellow rhinestones for a bit of bling.
