I have used a paper from Create with TLC for the background of this card.  The matted piece of paper is from Kaisercraft.  The pennant and matting are yellow cardstock.  The image is from Lacy Sunshine and coloured with copic markers.  Die-cutting is with Spellbinders dies.  I have also added a pacifica embellishment.
