I have used a yellow square card blank as the base for this card. The red and blue circles were cut from offcut pieces of paper from my stash. The yellow circle is cut from a paper by DCWV - Lemon Flowers. I have added some red ric-rac braid from American Crafts and a blue starfish from my stash. The image is from Nutcrafters and has been coloured with copic markers B29, Y08 and R46.
