I am not sure where the background paper is from - probably a paper pad judging by the weight of it.  The larger of the two top pieces is from Create with TLC and the smaller one is from Décosse's Dynamite Doodles.  The sentiment is from DIY and Digital Designs.  The image is from Fred She Said and has been coloured with copic markers E08, E04, YR07, R59, R32.   I sprayed some white ribbon roses with Perfect Pearl Mists and added these to the card.
