I have used a background paper from a paper pad and overlaid it with some glittery cream mesh ribbon.  The image is from From The Heart Stamps and is coloured with copic markers.  The sentiment is from DIY and Digital.  I used Spellbinders square and pennant dies for the die-cutting and then added some faux stitching using Distress Marker - Dusty Concord.
