I have used a background paper from Trimgym matted with some kraft cardstock.  The scallop circle has also been cut from the same Birthday Bears paper pack.  The image is also from Trimgym and is coloured with copic markers with the addition of some Stickles - Star Dust to Mama Bear's bow and also the butterflies on the tea set.  The sentiment is from Annie's Little Footprints.
