Dottie Celebrate

I've created another card with a Dottie image - this time it is Dottie Celebrate:

I have used a text print paper from DCWV for the background along with a blue glossy paper also from DCWV.  The image is Dottie Celebrate from Bugaboo Stamps.  I coloured her with copic markers E00, R59, R46, B05, G21, E43, E41, Y28.  I also added some faux stitching using Distress Marker - Festive Berries.  The sentiment is from Desert Diva.  I added five red rhinestones to match the line of the oval.
