I have used a paper from a paper pad by MME.  The image is from All Dressed Up and is coloured with copic markers.  I added some Stickles to the wings and flower centres.  The image is die-cut with a Spellbinders die.  I also used some yellow lace from Sullivans, some pearls from Rosie's Studio and a white flower which I coloured with copic marker YR02 and then added a rhinestone as a flower centre.
