With Sympathy

Sympathy cards are never easy to create.  This one is harder than most.  It is for the family of a boy that my son swam against who was tragically killed in a motor vehicle accident.

I would like to enter my card into these challenges:
Miss Rach - Saturday Blog Challenge
http://bymissrach.blogspot.co.nz/p/saturday-blog-challenge.html

I have gone with an aquatic theme so have used a paper from a Kaisercraft paper pad called "Sandy Toes".  The image is from Miss Rach and coloured with copic markers.  The sentiment is from Sugar Paw Scraps.  I matted with some textured cardstock from DCWV and added three pearls from Sullivans.

  1. Your fish is beautiful, love the blue color. You are right that it is difficult to make sympathy cards, but know that they will be a cherished memory and appreciated.
