I have used a digital paper from Bugaboo Stamps for the background.  The other piece is from my offcuts box.  I matted with some brown paper.  The image is from Bugaboo Stamps and is coloured with copic markers.  I cut a pennant strip from white cardstock and edged it with a Distress Marker.
