I have used a paper from a paper pad by Rosie's Studio. I added some lace from Sullivans. The image and sentiment are both from Bugaboo Stamps. Colouring of the image is with copic markers. Matting is orange pearlescent paper. I also added a pre-made bow and three pearls from Rosie's Studio.
