Bubbles

I had a play with a shaving foam background for this card as it just seemed to work with the image.

I have used Distress Ink Refills and shaving foam to create the background.  The image is from Digi Stamps 4 Joy and is coloured with copic markers.  I also added some Dimensional Magic to her lips.  Matting is pearlescent cardstock.
