I have used a paper from a paper pad by Provo Craft.  The image is from Ching-Chou Kuik and is coloured with copic markers.  I have also used a silver ric-rac braid, a glitter chipboard bow, two dome sticker buttons and a sentiment from Rosie's Studio.
