When I saw an aquatic theme for a challenge this week I just had to join in. I spend a lot of my time with aquatic activities!

I have used a paper and a sentiment from a paper pad by Kaisercraft. The image is from Crafty Sentiments and is coloured with copic markers. I added some Wink of Stella to the bubbles on the background paper to give it a more watery look. Matting is dark blue cardstock.
