I have used a paper and sentiment from a paper pad by Kaisercraft. I added some mesh ribbon with some lace over the top. I embellished the lace with some pearls. The image is from Bugaboo Stamps and is coloured with copic markers. I added Dimensional Magic to the water bubbles.
