Happy Birthday To A Very Special Person

I'm back to creating aquatic themed cards!  I can't seem to help myself as so much of my time is spent around the water!

I have used a paper, border and sentiment tag from a paper pad by Kaisercraft.  The image is from Miss Rach and is coloured with copic markers.  I added pearls in the form of Nuvo Drops to the dolphin eyes, water bubbles, hole in the tag and also three under the image.
